for getting busier.
Take on another client and the bill climbs. Some well-known apps are past £150 a month by the time you reach 50 clients, and it keeps going. Here, it never moves.
Based on publicly published pricing, August 2026. If they change it, this changes too.

Bring three trainers who get going in your first 30 days, and you never pay for WELX again. Free for life, not a discount, a thank you.
Payments land in your account.
Card payments go straight to your own Stripe. WELX never holds your money, and never sits between you and it.
Your data walks with you.
Every client, every payment, exportable any time. It's your business record, not ours.
One caught cancel covers it.
Protect a single late cancellation a month and the £29.99 has already paid for itself. Everything after is yours.
One thing, done properly.
No nutrition plans, no exercise library, no academy. Your admin, done properly, beats forty things done adequately.
Straight answers
No. £29.99 covers 5 clients or 500. Growing shouldn't cost you more.
It works out at about half a session a month, against a £45 to £60 hour. One recovered session, or one top-up that lands on time, covers it. And it comes off your tax, see below.
Yes. It’s a tool you use to run your business, so it comes off your profit the same way your insurance and your kit do. In a basic rate year that’s roughly a quarter of it back, so £29.99 works out nearer £22 a month. Higher rate, nearer £17. Those are illustrations, not advice, and they assume you’re claiming expenses against a profit. Your accountant will give you your real number, and WELX emails your receipts every month so they have what they need.
Not tax advice. 2026 to 27 tax rates.
No. It's rolling monthly and you can leave in two taps. Nobody here is going to tie you into a year and then explain why the refund policy prevents you leaving.
No. 30 days free, no card. You're only asked near the end, and only if you want to stay.
Nothing to us. They just pay you, by card or cash, the way they already do.
Any time, in two taps. Export your data on the way out. We'd miss you! But no pestering to stay and no hidden catches.
